Alanna Gallagher case: FBI offers $10k reward in case of slain 6 year old girl, On July 4, 2013, the FBI announced a $10,000 reward is being offered in the case of Alanna Gallagher, the 6 year old Texas girl who was found dead, nude and wrapped in a tarp, according to THV 11.Saginaw police announced the girl’s family members are not considered suspects in the case.
Two teenagers found Alanna’s body on Monday at around 7:30 pm in an intersection.
CBS DFW reported that her hands and feet were tied and her head was covered with a plastic bag.
According to THV 11, local police have received tips regarding a red truck spotted in the area near where Alanna was found.
The report also notes that the FBI removed plastic bags, toilet paper, black electrical tape, a blue-gray tarp, and various other colors of tape from a family car parked in front of the girl’s home.
Karl Gallagher, Alanna’s father, spoke to reports saying, “Please respect our privacy during this time of tragedy… We urge anyone with information about her to contact police.”
Local police, the Texas Rangers, and the FBI are all investigating the case.
